The site has been updated with a lot of content, please look through and make sure all is well. If you join the site you can correct mistakes yourself, if you don't want to do that then just email Amanda and she can do it for you (hey, they pay me for it!) Also, I really need your websites and lesson plans to put up here. Lets share! If you have any helpful educational links send them to me too. I want this to be a resource for us and anyone else who is interested in teaching science.

We would like to start a study group with 4 to 5 BSTN folks to review and make recommendations concerning the GEMS book entitled, Learning about Learning.”

We have purchased 5 copies of the book, which you can keep for your participation. Dr. Harris will facilitate the group. The first meeting will be on Tuesday, Nov 20th, 4-6pm, location to be determined by the group. If you are interested, please reply ASAP. One other meeting will be needed (as determined by the study group) before the BSTN Winter Weekend, in order to provide recommendations to the larger BSTN group.

If you received a CD from us in the Pony, it looks like there are folders on the CD, but no files. There must have been some glitch in copying them. So please throw the CD away and we will give it another go in the next few days and send them out again. Sorry for any confusion. —Maureen
